Respecting Constitution is Patriotism
Respecting Constitution is Patriotism

TO all the civilized nations of the world there is always something that serves as a source of pride for them, respected and honored to them and they expect others to show the same amount of respect. Take for example Constitutions of a country. Everyone whether they're public servants or belongs to private sector has to respect it and live as per the laws and regulations laid down therein. A Constitution of a country is usually one of the primary sources for its vital organs to operate under. All fundamental principles including those that serve as the legal ground of a polity, institute and all other types of organizations and also it has the modus operandi for each of the organs of a state. This document is the only book that has the ultimate guidelines for every department that operates within the jurisdiction of a country. Any punishment awarded to anyone for violation of the laws in this document is always fatal and final.
Every single citizen of the state takes oath- not formally all take this
oath, however, is regarded as a sacred document to be not violated-to protect
it and follow it in true letter and spirit. A country starts to give room to
tyranny when her constitution gets violated and responsible organs of the state
do not hold the violators responsible. Example of countries can be found in
history whose constitutions were violated either by its civilian institutes or
armed forces and as a result of this got disintegrated.
One of the means through which countries' constitution got attacked and
they fall into the hands of the armed forces is martial laws. It is a military
control of everything a country holds including dismissal of civilian laws and
regulations and or an emergency is imposed to thwart civilian govt. This all
starts with scrapping Constitution, suspending it indefinitely. Defying this
martial law can yield a person, group or an institute severe punishment
including capital punishment. Such attacks are always backed by the false flags
operations and claims including; un-bridled corruption of the civilian govt.,
threat of foreign invasion, and or civil war/chaos within a country resulted
out of distrust or lack of confidence in the civilian govt. Pakistan is no
exception to this military invasion. It underwent martial law for a about three
times (1958 – 1971, 1977 – 1988, 1999 – 2008). And every time it happened, the
cause was civilian incompetence and un-bridled corruption, which
never was proved right when the so called administrators came into powers.
Since the first military coup, Pakistan stopped growing and started giving room
to militancy, corruption, chaos in her politics and above all a shattered
economy shouldered by foreign aid, which it doubled with every coup and military
takeover.
From the above discussion I would like to conclude that whether it’s an
individual violating the Constitution of a country- going against laws and
regulations laid down- or a group/institute over throwing an elected govt. and
assuming power by scrapping the constitution, every time a country has to go
back to where it started its journey. It has to undergo experiments, become a
proxy for the domineering and powerful countries and it has to remain dependent
upon their aid. Until and unless, this very document is regarded as the most
CONFORMED TO DOCUMENT, we should not be dreaming of seeing a prosperous
Pakistan.
